How to deliver an 8 Channel embedded file to distributors

1) How to create your SEQUENCE with 8 Channel audio. Once you do his procedure to set up a new 8 channel sequence then stop his tutorial (around 5:07) and do the next step on this page listen below.

Or

just hit new sequence and do these settings pictured to skip the video entirely:

2) Open the AUDIO TRACK MIXER and assign the channels
1 and 2 to 1-2
3 and 4 to 3-4
4 and 5 to 4-5
5 and 6 to 5-6
7 and 8 to 7-8

3) Now, pan the odd tracks left and the even tracks right like below:

4) You will not hear dialogue anymore this is okay. Unless your desk has a 5.1 setup, your default audio playback output just in your computer is gonna be stereo (computer internal speakers, headphones, etc). So by default you'll only be able to hear Channels 1 and 2 during playback. Dialogue is typically channel 3 so if you weren't able to hear it, that actually means you were panning it correctly. In the Levels panel, you can click the little speaker icons at the bottom of the levels meters (see here - blue box means it's selected). This will "monitor" that pair of channels, aka play it back in your stereo headphones despite it being routed outside of channels 1&2. This way you can preview the audio no matter where it's routed! This will let you hear the dialogue.

5) Finally, export with the multichannel Audio
