How to use Youtube Promotions:
Youtube Promotions is a new way of doing Adwords for videos, in many ways it appears to be the only way to get videos to be advertised on Youtube right now. below is the process for setting one up and things to remember if you have trouble starting one.
- Budget for promo must be $50 or over (total) and have a set end date
-You sometimes will fail to be able to move forward with your promo if you have a promo description or "title" that does not comply with their guidelines but they do not outright explain this to you, it simply fails to produce the ad. You cannot have the following in your description or your title:
-Capital letters in sequence, only at the start of the description essentially, no other caps anywhere and definitely no CAPITAL LETTERED WORDS FOR EMPHASIS
-Any punctuation including symbols - though dashes work
-Any words that are flagged
