This is an excellent book because it legitimately provides a different perspective on marketing I have not encountered and distills it into an achievable strategy. Allan Dib creates a simple way to organize your marketing plan into a single page and makes everything easy and accessible. His explanation of how to develop a lead into a client into a raving fan of your company is some of the best business concepts I have ever read.
-If someone can do something 80% as well as you can then delegate it to them, do not try to do everything or be a control freak.
-TIME is the best kept secret of the rich, sometimes it is better to spend money to save time.
-TIME is more valuable then money - you can get more MONEY but you cannot get more TIME.
-BE and EDUCATOR not a CHEAP SALESMAN. Offer a course in your expertise so people will TRUST you then you can sell to them once they know YOU ARE AN EXPERT.
-BE A PROBLEM SOLVER, that is how you sell your services to a client. You can solve the problems that deeply worry them about their business.
