3000 Miles To Graceland is a fun ride.  Box Office numbers here are rough but I will ignore those for now.  I really enjoyed the film - the cast was very fun...another heist film with a cast.  RUSSEL, COSTNER, ARQUETTE, SLATER and COX is a fun mix of people you may never see together again!

The film is almost totally falling action - heist then the consequences of the heist, the aftermath of their choices.  This is a rarer format - no "planning montages" here at all (and I love those) but I realized with every new scene we were through the big heist event of the film.

The film comes together in a final shoot out that is massive - the explosions and damage here only a sixty-two million dollar budget could deliver on.  Loved the Elvis vibe, didn't love the story structure ultimately as it felt we were building to nothing.  That fact does not take away from the fun this film delivers on and isn't that enough? Maybe not for this budget -

As I said the box office was brutal for 3000 Miles to Graceland.
